At the ADER NORDMAN sale in 2013, Amiens Metropolitan Libraries acquired a copy of “Paul Jeanne des Compagnons de Lafleur et Sandrine”, a supplement to Eduoard David’s “L’Histoire des Théâtres Populaires à Amiens”. This copy was particularly rich because it included many documents, handwritten letters, postcards, original watercolors and vintage photographs. all of which have now been scanned. To mark Journées Européennes du Patrimoine, you are invited to visit Amiens Metropolitan Libraries to discover this book and its contents which will be displayed in a slide montage through the day.
This presentation will be accompanied by a LECTURE
20th September 2014, 3pm – 4.30pm
in the Bibliothèque Edouard David, Amiens.
It will be given by MARIE GARRÉ NICOARA on the subject of “Les Compagnons de Lafleur et Sandrine, témoignage d’une époque de la marionnette.” (The Friends of Lafleur and Sandrine – testimony to an era of puppetry)
